WHAT YOU NEED:
scissors, tights to recycle, sandals.
Cut out the upper part of the tights.
Cut out the foots of the tights.
Cut the tight legs longitudinally in order to obtain 4 equal strips.
String one strip around the upper parts of the sandal...
...and continue for the whole lenght.
Tie the strip to the next one and cut off the surplus. Continue to weave trying to hide nodes in the inner part of the upper.
Cover the whole upper thread and tie the strip onto itself. Better to make the knot on inside so that it's hidden.
